At Top Shelf Cannabis, our team of experts are all dedicated to ensure that your order is shipped on the same day it was paid for, as long as it is before 12:00 pm Pacific Time. 

 

We use Canada Post XpressPost for all deliveries which takes approximately 1-3 business days based on your location, holidays, and weather conditions. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for delayed packages caused by postal issues or Canada Post delays. 

 

Shipping will be 100% free on all orders over $150. There will also be a order minimum of $50. Thank you for understanding.

 

We do not offer weekend or holiday shipping, and we will always provide you with a tracking number before the order ships. You can track your package using the provided number, which will only show up in the Canada Post system once it is scanned at the post office.
